Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on trade cooperation, innovation and clean energy between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Washington State in the US, signed 25 September 2023.

Details

This MOU builds on the strong existing relationship between the UK and Washington State and sets out mutual goals and activities to strengthen our economic ties. It prioritises cooperation in the clean energy and low emissions technology, aerospace, workforce development, life sciences, digital, supply chain resilience, and agriculture sectors.

It provides a framework to address trade barriers, increase investment, and enhance business networks.
