STARTUPS.CH Aims at Having Registered 3000 New Companies

Back to News

Winterthur, 2 November 2017 – STARTUPS.CH, a leading specialist in online company formation, is encroaching new customer segments while substantially expanding its product range. STARTUPS.CH is thus aiming at 3000 new companies having been registered via its eponymous web platform

At present, STARTUPS.CH offers an extensive range of online company formation services. In addition to prospective young entrepreneurs, the largely upgraded offerings are increasingly addressed to professionals such as fiduciaries who want to have a company registered for a third party and advise the latter on their own or provide young entrepreneurs and company founders with services going beyond the incorporation proper.

‘The step is the most significant development in our company’s history so far,’ says Michele Blasucci, STARTUPS.CH CEO, who adds: ‘The aim is to reach a milestone of 3000 company registrations via our platform per year. Barring any contingencies, this should happen for the first time in the financial year 2019.’ For the sake of comparison: in 2016 2249 new companies were registered via STARTUPS.CH platform (+9% compared with 2015). In total, every year sees some 40,000 companies being registered in Switzerland.

Three new packages cover customer needs from A to Z

STARTUPS.CH currently offers three company formation packages: the basic package is addressed to customers who do not need advice (any more), e.g. fiduciaries or persons who launch their second business, whereas the business package is mainly tailored to young entrepreneurs. The premium package, in turn, includes services that go beyond the incorporation proper.

In addition, STARTUPS.CH offers a lot of extras so that as many customer needs as possible could be covered. For instance, they include support during express company formations, additional legal or fiduciary advice and master boxes with Articles of Association and templates to start your own business. The product range is being extended on a continuous basis
