We are planning a series of free seminars at our office in Dorset limited for a maximum of 10 attendees per seminar.

The seminars are being held on an exclusive basis to give attendees confidentiality and time to ask questions and be provided with detailed answers. The seminars will cover the following subjects:

  • The legal use of Offshore Companies. (IBC)
  • The economic case for IBC Companies
  • An introduction to International Banking and services.
  • Taxation
  • Running and IBC Company.
  • Trading with IBC Companies
  • Special Purpose Companies (SPV)
  • Holding Companies and Company structuring
  • Asset protection and asset protection trust.
  • Using and IBC Company to act as trustee to an international trust.
  • Questions and discussion time.

The seminars will start at 10am and end at 4.30 PM. A complimentary buffet lunch will be provided along with two coffee breaks.
Planned date is Wednesday December the 10th 2014 with other dates to be announced in January 2015.
