We are a company providing counselling and hypnotherapy courses around the UK and are looking to expand into Denmark. I have done some research and just to want to make sure I am doing this right. The company will be run from the UK and classes done online to begin with. We would like to set up a phone line so that I can be added to our new website but to be able to do this we need a registered address but to be able to have an address we need to be registered under the Danish Business Authority. So: 1. Do I need to register under the Danish Business Authority? And if so how do I go about doing so? 2. With regards to an address can I use a PO box address? I am unfortunately not aware of the technically side about the phone line and if this requires a registration under the Danish Business Authority. Any registration at the authorities can be done more or less digitally. Your company can be registered for different aspects, but as I do not know, the registration required in this situation I cannot be more specific. For a registration at the authorities, normally a PO box address would not be sufficient.
